Responsibilities
- Interpret client hiring needs and build practical sourcing plans.
- Identify and recruit skilled IT professionals for US-based roles.
- Work confidently with W2 hiring workflows and candidate engagement practices.
- Support enterprise clients and large-volume hiring needs.
- Use job boards, social platforms, professional networks, and related sourcing channels to find suitable talent.
- Evaluate candidates for technical ability, relevant experience, availability, and overall fit.
- Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Update candidate profiles, tracking sheets, and internal databases with accuracy.
- Work toward recruitment goals while maintaining strong hiring quality.
- Stay current on hiring trends, sourcing methods, and recruitment tools.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of W2 hiring and US staffing practices.
- Background in managing IT openings across multiple technology areas.
- Prior exposure to enterprise accounts or high-volume hiring is preferred.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Ability to source effectively and maintain good candidate relationships.
- Comfort working in a target-based, fast-paced setting.
- Good interpersonal, coordination, and organizational abilities.
- Availability to work in US business hours.
