About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Boning and trimming beef, pork, and lamb carcasses accurately.
• Understanding and adhering to customer-specific requirements.
• Reporting any products that do not meet specifications to the Supervisor promptly.
• Collaborating effectively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
• Maintaining compliance with Health, Safety, Hygiene, and food quality standards according to company policies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven prior experience in meat boning or trimming roles is essential.
• Experience within the food industry is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in knife handling and skills.
• Strong communication abilities and teamwork skills.
• Capability to work independently and proactively while contributing to a team environment focused on delivering high customer service standards.
