Role Overview

This full-time Travel Consultant role is centered on telesales. The person in this position will turn travel inquiries into confirmed bookings by handling inbound and outbound calls, understanding customer needs, proposing the right packages, and guiding clients smoothly through the buying journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage both inbound and outbound sales conversations with prospective travelers.
  • Work on leads coming from Meta Ads, Google Ads, website enquiries, social media, and referrals.
