Job Overview
We are seeking experienced Team Leaders currently recognized as such on paper to lead a team in our Customer Service Operations department, based at Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of inbound and outbound healthcare customer service agents.
- Allocate daily tasks, manage staffing schedules, and ensure appropriate manpower coverage.
- Conduct performance appraisals, coaching sessions, and training initiatives to enhance team effectiveness.
- Motivate team members to achieve targets related to productivity, quality, and attendance.
- Manage inbound calls concerning patient inquiries, benefits, eligibility, claims, and billing.
- Oversee outbound calls for patient follow-ups, reminders, and issue resolutions.
- Coordinate calls with insurance firms and other healthcare stakeholders as necessary.
- Handle escalated customer calls with professionalism and strive for resolution on the first contact.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions within CRM systems.
