Role Overview

This position is for a driven Team Leader who will own EDC device sales within the Oil & Gas segment. The role involves leading field executives, expanding distribution, and improving merchant onboarding and transaction growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide a field sales team of at least five members.
  • Sell and deploy EDC machines across the oil and gas sector, including petrol pumps and distributors.

  • Track daily productivity, acquisition quality, and incentive-related performance.
  • Coach, support, and motivate team members to improve output and scale.
