Role Overview
The Tandoor Cook will be responsible for preparing a variety of traditional tandoor items, ensuring quality and hygiene while efficiently managing their workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare naan, roti, kebabs, and tikkas using the tandoor oven.
- Mix and prepare marinades and dough accurately.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, speed, and food quality are met.
- Oversee stock levels and maintain cleanliness and organization of the tandoor work area.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience working with tandoor cooking techniques.
- Strong knowledge of various marinades and cooking methods related to tandoor cuisine.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and manage extended work shifts.
