About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Provide each customer with a personalized and positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the product range and current promotions.
  • Engage and understand customers' needs to recommend appropriate products, striving to maximize sales.
  • Contribute actively to achieving sustainability objectives by following relevant policies and initiatives.
  • Utilize store tools such as Assisted Selling systems, Safesize, e-receipts, and radios efficiently.
  • Keep store support areas organized, neat, and easy to navigate.
  • Restock and organize shelves, fixtures, rails, and displays with quality products and specialist brands.
  • Support delivery handling and stock management tasks.
  • Be vigilant about security within the sales floor and stockrooms, recognizing and managing potential shoplifting risks.
  • Pursue personal development opportunities and show readiness to improve skills.
  • Handle cash register operations and financial transactions delivering excellent final impressions.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A warm, friendly, and engaging demeanor is crucial.
  • Previous customer service experience involving direct face-to-face interaction is highly preferred.
