Job Summary
Awad Badi Nahas Trading Co. Ltd. is hiring a Spare Parts Supervisor for a full-time, on-site position in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Keep inventory records accurate and stock levels under control.
- Prepare lists of spare parts that need to be procured.
- Sell manufactured parts directly to customers.
- Oversee shipping-related matters for ordered parts.
- Lead team members, assign tasks, and follow up on execution.
- Manage replacement processes and related coordination.
- Identify and evaluate new suppliers that may offer improved product quality.
- Resolve discrepancies in purchase orders and related documentation.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Plan and execute promotional activities for parts on sale.
- Ensure customers receive high-quality service and leave satisfied.
- Compile monthly and yearly sales reports for spare parts.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and regulations at all times.
Skills and Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a parts manager or in a similar sales-related role.
- Strong understanding of inventory tracking and control practices.
- Proven leadership capability.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
