Software Systems Consultant for GEOgraf Software (m/f/d)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Software Systems Consultant to provide expert support and consulting for our GEOgraf software suite. This role is based in Braunschweig or other Trimble locations and involves direct customer interaction, training, and participation in service and development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support and consulting to customers via phone and email for the GEOgraf product range.
• Independently manage customer inquiries and technical issues.
• Conduct seminars and personalized training sessions virtually or on-site.
• Contribute to service and development initiatives.
• Ensure quality assurance and document activities related to version maintenance and software enhancement.
• Support sales efforts through presentations at trade fairs, workshops, or directly at customer locations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Completed higher education in surveying or vocational training as a surveying technician, or equivalent qualification.
• Familiarity with HHK and Trimble products is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills paired with a self-directed working style.
• Enjoy interacting with people and present a confident demeanor.
• Fluency in German (C1 level) and good command of English.
• Possession of a Class B driving license with driving experience.
