Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve timely contract renewals for a defined set of customers ranging from medium to large scale.

• Address and resolve customer issues that could potentially delay or obstruct contract renewals.
• Identify significant sales leads and refer these to the appropriate sales representatives for further pursuit.
