Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Project TimeKeeper based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, tasked with managing timesheet processes and related project personnel documentation for UAE projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and follow up on individual timesheets of all project staff, ensuring timely entry into the system prior to month-end closing.
- Consolidate timesheets and obtain stakeholder approval.
- Maintain a leave tracking system for all project personnel, performing monthly reconciliation with the system data.
- Reconcile approved timesheets against booked system hours, making adjustments where needed.
- Track employee mobilization and demobilization activities, updating relevant reports accordingly.
- Manage project-related PAAF and MMR documentation.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to support invoicing and payment tracking processes.
- Be flexible and available to assume additional responsibilities as required by the team.
Experience and Education
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
