Role Overview
This leadership role involves managing three essential IT divisions: the Entrata Application Service Team, End User Support Team, and overseeing Corporate IT network and systems in London. The position demands strategic leadership, operational excellence, and expertise in enterprise IT service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and establish a dedicated team for the Entrata application ensuring optimal availability, performance, and user satisfaction.
- Manage the full application lifecycle including deployment, updates, incident handling, and vendor management.
- Define and enforce service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive continuous service improvements.
- Partner with business stakeholders to ensure application features meet operational requirements.
- Direct the End User Support Team, guaranteeing timely and effective resolution of IT issues.
- Develop, implement, and monitor support policies, procedures, and standards to enhance user experience.
- Incorporate IT service management best practices and tools to optimize support functions.
- Lead initiatives for training and growth to cultivate a high-performing support workforce.
- Administer oversight of IT infrastructure in London, which includes network, servers, storage, and security systems.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to maintain compliance, reliability, and scalability.
- Facilitate audits, risk evaluations, and ensure adherence to IT governance and cybersecurity policies.
- Serve as the local escalation point for infrastructure-related concerns and projects.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline; a Master's degree is advantageous.
- At least 10-12 years in IT operations with a minimum of 3 years in leadership roles.
- Demonstrable experience managing enterprise applications and end-user support teams.
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud solutions.
- Exceptional leadership qualities, communication skills, and experience managing diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Entrata or comparable property management software platforms.
- ITIL certification or equivalent in service management.
- Experience with international IT operations and managing culturally diverse teams.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
