About the Role
We invite applications for an experienced Behavioral Science Manager to join our remote team based in the United Arab Emirates. Our organization prioritizes behavioral insights and human-centered methodologies to enhance decision-making, customer satisfaction, organizational effectiveness, and social initiatives. Collaborating across diverse departments—ranging from Product and Marketing to Data Analytics and Executive Leadership—the successful candidate will transform behavioral research into impactful and practical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and administer comprehensive behavioral science strategies, research models, and intervention programs that align with company goals.
- Lead diverse behavioral research efforts, encompassing experimental design, qualitative and quantitative analysis, behavioral modeling, and extracting actionable insights.
- Work collaboratively with Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, HR, Data Analytics, Strategy, R&D, Operations, and senior management to embed behavioral insights into business ventures.
- Create and assess behavior-change initiatives grounded in psychology, behavioral economics, cognitive science, neuroscience, and social sciences.
- Conduct diverse studies including user research, customer behavior analysis, employee engagement assessments, decision-making reviews, and evaluations of behavioral impacts.
- Establish and refine experimentation methodologies such as A/B testing, randomized controlled trials, pilot programs, and evidence-focused enhancements.
- Translate intricate behavioral study results into clear recommendations, policies, and strategies that support business objectives.
- Collaborate with product and customer teams to enhance user journeys, increase engagement, boost adoption and retention, and optimize customer outcomes.
- Support organizational growth by applying behavioral insights concerning culture, leadership, employee motivation, and workplace conduct.
- Develop behavioral models, metrics, research techniques, and tools for assessing impact and effectiveness.
- Track key performance indicators including behavior modification results, engagement statistics, adoption metrics, experimental outcomes, customer behavior trends, and employee experience analytics.
- Perform behavioral audits, literature surveys, research evaluations, benchmarking exercises, and ongoing improvement practices.
- Ensure full compliance with ethical standards in research, data privacy laws, responsible AI usage, human subject protections, and company governance policies.
- Oversee budgets related to behavioral research, partnerships with external researchers, academic collaborations, analytics platforms, and innovation strategies.
- Drive digital innovation through AI-powered behavioral analytics, predictive modeling, personalized technologies, sentiment evaluations, automated research insights, and business intelligence applications.
- Leverage tools such as Qualtrics, SPSS, R, Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft 365, Google Analytics, experimentation platforms, customer analytics software, research databases, and behavioral analytics technology to generate meaningful insights.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and assessments on research findings, behavioral impacts, experiment outcomes, and strategic suggestions for executive leadership.
- Lead and mentor teams of behavioral scientists, researchers, and analysts, nurturing a culture of inquiry, scientific rigor, innovation, cooperation, and continual progress.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Sociology, Economics, Anthropology, Human Factors, Neuroscience, Data Science, or closely related discipline.
- Advanced degrees such as Master's or PhD in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Behavioral Economics, Cognitive Science, Human Factors, or related fields are highly preferred.
- Professional certifications in areas like Behavioral Economics, Research Methods, Data Analytics, UX Research, Human-Centered Design, or Change Management offer added advantage.
- A minimum of five years' experience in behavioral science, user research, behavioral economics, psychology research, customer insights, organizational development, or human factors roles.
- At least two years managing behavioral research projects, experimental initiatives, teams, or strategic behavioral programs preferred.
- Solid grasp of behavioral science theories, experimental design, quantitative and qualitative research methods, behavioral economics, psychological principles, data analysis, human decision processes, and behavior-change models.
- Hands-on experience with software and platforms including Qualtrics, SPSS, R, Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, experimentation tools, and customer analytics resources.
- Familiarity with AI-driven behavioral analytics, machine learning applications, personalization engines, sentiment analysis, digital experimentation platforms, and advanced human insights technologies is an asset.
- Proven leadership, communication, analytical thinking, stakeholder coordination, strategic planning, project management, and problem-solving aptitudes.
- Capability to handle multiple behavioral science endeavors while maintaining research integrity, fulfilling business objectives, respecting ethical guidelines, adhering to timelines and budgets, and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Effective remote collaboration skills with distributed teams, academic partnerships, analysts, executives, and global stakeholders; occasional travel for workshops, conferences, and planning sessions may be necessary.
