Role Overview

As a Senior Learning Consultant at Metro South Health, you will spearhead the development and implementation of innovative learning and leadership programs. Your role focuses on enhancing organisational capability by working closely with both clinical and non-clinical leaders to design, deliver, and assess impactful educational initiatives.

• Lead the design, deployment, and evaluation of modern learning and development programs, utilizing face-to-face, online, and blended delivery methods.
• Provide expert consultancy services to leaders, coaching and mentoring managers to elevate leadership skills and promote cultural excellence.

• Experienced in creating, executing, and reviewing contemporary learning solutions aligned with adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
• Proven track record of coaching and influencing leadership across diverse clinical and non-clinical environments.
• Ability to transform business needs into effective educational programs and use data analytics for assessing program outcomes and ongoing improvements.
• Highly organised with exceptional project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
