Senior Data & Reporting Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Data & Reporting Analyst dedicated to data mining, extraction, manipulation, analysis, and reporting, focusing on key performance indicators related to warehouse operations. This role demands exceptional attention to detail, consistent accuracy, and timely report delivery, aimed at senior management and headquarters teams. Your analyses will impact priority-setting within operations and require daily or weekly briefing communications to maintain information consistency. This role necessitates strong organizational skills, disciplined follow-through, and the ability to collaborate across various teams to validate and resolve data discrepancies. You will play a pivotal role in analyzing logistics and transportation costs and support organizational improvement initiatives by monitoring and escalating discrepancies as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive data and business analysis.
• Extract and mine data from diverse sources to construct reporting datasets.
• Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Automate reporting processes and design effective report formats.
• Maintain and update existing dashboards with ongoing performance analyses.
• Support critical business decisions through detailed analytical insights and actionable recommendations.
• Develop predictive models to aid decision-making processes.
• Identify and propose opportunities for operational performance improvements.
• Produce both standard and complex ad-hoc reports tailored to various stakeholder needs.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience in data analysis and reporting within logistics, distribution centers, warehouses, or supply chain contexts.
• Proven background in cost analysis and key performance indicator reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (40%), SQL (35%), Access, BI tools, and PowerPoint (25%).
• Experience working with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems is essential.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Result-oriented with capability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated hourly pay ranges between $50.00 and $53.00, with eligibility for overtime pay at 1.5 times the base rate for hours beyond 40 per week or as mandated by law.
