This role involves managing comprehensive loan documentation processes and supporting seamless loan disbursement operations.

Prepare and process loan documents for various loan categories, ensuring all procedures are completed within prescribed timeframes.
Complete necessary pre-disbursement and post-disbursement documentation accurately.
Obtain all requisite approvals before releasing loan disbursements.
Conduct onsite visits to client locations to finalize documentation tasks.
Provide clients with statements of account, debit notes, interest calculations, GST invoices, and related financial documents.
Address and resolve client inquiries promptly within defined turnaround times.
Manage timely renewals of existing loans by securing approvals and completing documentation tasks.
Ensure closure of all pending deferred documents within deadlines.
Carry out the pledge and release of shares as required.
Collaborate with clients to resolve any margin shortfall issues related to security coverage within stipulated turnaround times.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures governing loan documentation.
Track and monitor loan accounts for conformity with specified covenant terms.
Distribute necessary client documents such as statements of account, debit notes, GST invoices, and tax invoices.
Gather monthly or quarterly covenant compliance data from clients promptly.

Liaise efficiently with business, credit, and operations teams along with client representatives to ensure smooth handover from documentation to disbursement.
Oversee processes related to Direct Selling Agent (DSA) payouts and onboarding.

Ensure adherence to internal and external audit requirements related to loan documentation and loan processing.
Maintain compliance with regulatory stipulations in all aspects of loan documentation and monitoring.
