Position Overview
Atlassian invites applications for a remote Sales Development Representative role focused on the Enterprise Emerging Markets segment, based in the UK or the Netherlands. This opportunity allows flexible work arrangements, supporting a balance between professional and personal life. Candidates must hold work authorization for the UK or Netherlands without requiring visa sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of outbound prospecting efforts with assigned quotas, focusing on converting leads into a viable sales pipeline.
- Proactively qualify business leads across customer segments through research and outreach, including cold calls, personalized emails, and other engagement techniques to connect with decision makers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, partner, and operations teams to develop and refine lead generation approaches.
- Skillfully handle objections by presenting value-driven messaging tailored to customer needs.
- Communicate clearly and effectively the value proposition of Atlassian’s products to prospective clients.
- Establish and maintain communication with potential buyers to nurture engagement.
- Craft tailored, engaging email communications to create a positive customer experience.
- Work in partnership with Enterprise Advocates and Marketing teams to build a robust pipeline.
- Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator in daily workflows.
- Leverage artificial intelligence technology to enhance research efficiency, execution accuracy, and analytical capabilities.
Candidate Profile
- Fluent in English; additional fluency in Arabic, Turkish, or Polish is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Highly accountable with a strong drive for achievement in a performance-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills characterized by clarity, intentionality, curiosity, and the ability to build trust effortlessly.
- Committed to continuous learning with clear goal-setting and routine personal development, receptive to coaching and feedback.
