As a Restaurant Host/Hostess, you will serve as the initial point of interaction for guests, ensuring a hospitable ambiance and effective management of seating logistics. Key Duties

• Warmly welcome guests upon entry and accompany them to their assigned tables.
• Effectively organize reservations, waiting lists, and seating charts to maximize table utilization.
• Provide menus and present guests to their respective servers.
• Respond to phone inquiries and assist with reservation bookings.
• Maintain tidiness and orderliness in the reception and waiting areas.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen teams to ensure prompt service delivery.
• Address guest questions and resolve minor complaints courteously and professionally.
