Role overview
Buzz Solutions is looking for a highly organized, people-oriented Recruiting Coordinator / People Operations Associate to help support hiring operations and initiatives that improve the employee experience as the company continues to grow.
What you will do
- Arrange interviews for candidates across several teams and time zones, and keep communication flowing throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Keep applicant data current and accurate in Greenhouse ATS.
- Partner with hiring managers to collect interview feedback and notes for active candidates.
- Support a smooth, positive experience for candidates from the first touchpoint through final steps.
- Assist with sourcing talent for open roles across the organization.
- Help plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
- Support HR compliance paperwork and audit preparation.
- Help with onboarding by sending welcome messages and sharing onboarding schedules.
- Guide employees through the handbook, benefits enrollment, and workplace policies.
- Help introduce new hires to the company’s culture and values.
- Coordinate employee recognition initiatives.
- Take on additional ad hoc projects as needed.
Required background
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a similar field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a comparable support-focused role.
- Strong organizational abilities and clear communication skills.
- Prior exposure to ATS and HRIS tools is preferred, along with other HR-related software.
- Experience in a fast-growing company environment.
Compensation and benefits
The anticipated annual pay range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000.
Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) contributions, unlimited paid time off, and STD/LTD coverage.
Additional information
This is a full-time onsite position based in the United States. The role combines recruiting coordination with people operations support, including hiring logistics, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance support, and internal communications.
