Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Recruiter based at our Atlanta, GA office. This role entails managing the end-to-end recruitment process, encompassing talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate presentation across multiple job openings. Key day-to-day duties involve constructing candidate pipelines through job advertisements, networking, and social platforms, maintaining precise candidate data in ATS, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers.
Additional Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to clarify role requirements and provide market insights.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate job offers and assist during onboarding activities.
- Continuously improve recruitment strategies and operational workflows.
Candidate Qualifications
- Proven ability in managing full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, evaluation, interviewing, and offer facilitation.
- Skilled in building strong relationships with hiring managers, clients, and candidates.
- Expertise using applicant tracking systems, various job boards, and professional networks such as LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of conducting professional interviews clearly.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, able to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences to both candidates and clients.
- Prior experience in staffing, talent acquisition, or human resources preferred, especially within agency environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields preferred; or equivalent education and experience.
- Must be able to work onsite in Atlanta, GA, in a dynamic and busy setting.
