Role Overview

Begin your career at Staycity in the Front Office department as a Front Office Agent / Reception Team Member (m/w/d) and contribute to creating unforgettable moments for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a dedicated host and representative of the property, ensuring comprehensive and outstanding guest service.
  • Act as a warm and committed contact person for guests at the reception with ambassador qualities.
  • Communicate proactively with guests, providing hotel recommendations and helpful tips about the surrounding area.
  • Manage smooth operations of all Front Office duties while maintaining high service standards.
  • Handle written and telephone inquiries, redirecting them to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Assist the Front Office Manager with special requests and complaint resolution, offering prompt and solution-oriented support.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

  • Enjoy interacting with guests and possess outstanding hospitality skills.
  • Completed hotel or restaurant vocational training; prior Front Office experience is advantageous.
  • Proficient in department-relevant computer systems, preferably with some exposure to Opera Cloud.
  • Demonstrate teamwork, reliability, motivation, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and resilience under pressure.
  • Willingness to work early, late, and occasional night shifts, including cross-departmental support.

  • Strong command of German and English; additional foreign languages are a plus.
