As a Pub & Grill Team Member, you are the heart of the shift, energizing our Pub and Grill and readily supporting other Food and Beverage areas as needed. Your role involves engaging with guests in varied scenarios—whether serving drinks to local sports fans, catering for celebratory meals, or assisting with morning events—ensuring every guest feels welcomed and at home.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary service mainly within the Pub and Grill, and flexibly assist other Food and Beverage areas during busy periods.
• Maintain high standards by thoroughly preparing your area, having a deep understanding of menus, and ensuring impeccable hygiene.
• Enhance guest satisfaction and hotel profitability by handling issues promptly and recommending complementary food and premium beverage options.
