Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Recruit, lead, and inspire a team of housekeeping professionals to uphold the highest cleanliness standards
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail ensuring all guest rooms and public spaces meet rigorous hygiene criteria
- Deliver an outstanding first and last impression to guests through environment upkeep
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations throughout all housekeeping operations
- Take a hands-on approach by supporting the team during peak periods and operational needs
- Manage and uphold cleanliness standards consistently across the hotel premises
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate staff effectively under pressure
- Keen observational skills to identify and correct any cleanliness issues immediately
- Experience in a similar hospitality housekeeping supervisory or managerial role
- Strong commitment to safety and health regulations within hotel environments
- Willingness to actively participate on the floor and lead by example rather than purely office-based
