About the Role

This opportunity is offered on behalf of a partner organization seeking a Project Manager based in Ireland. The role involves spearheading impactful projects and community-building efforts within a global, data-oriented industry environment. This position requires leading the initiation, planning, and successful implementation of new programs, working groups, and strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of new initiatives and working groups aligned with strategic goals.
Manage projects from initial concept through launch and continuing refinements.
Design and enhance engagement strategies, including community growth and conversion funnels.
Coordinate establishment and functioning of new councils, ensuring efficient collaboration among stakeholders.
Develop standardized processes and methodologies to boost project efficiency and consistency.
Maintain transparent communication channels with internal and external partners.
Facilitate cross-departmental cooperation for smooth coordination.
Effectively prioritize daily tasks to meet deadlines consistently.

Required Qualifications and Skills

A minimum of 3 to 5 years in project management with sound knowledge of planning and execution methodologies.
Demonstrated experience founding new initiatives, communities, or programs from scratch.
Experience in managing online events, covering planning, coordination, and execution phases.
A process-driven approach with a talent for building structure and improving workflows.
Professional proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Capable of interacting politely and professionally with clients and stakeholders while maintaining discretion.
Strong organizational capabilities, heightened attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
