Role Overview

The Sales team at Revolut drives customer growth globally by managing market segments from prospecting through acquisition and activation. As a Product Strategist, you will be instrumental in product enablement, collaborating with Sales, Product Owners, and various stakeholders to craft impactful sales materials, sharpen product positioning, and analyze client feedback—primarily focused on Revolut's private banking features to ensure they deliver value and meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing sales support materials including product one-pagers, website content, and FAQs.
• Developing archetype playbooks, competitive analysis documents, and product certification content.
• Tailoring product positioning according to different markets and customer segments.
• Conducting training sessions for Account Executives and Sales Managers, including onboarding introductions and product updates.
• Converting insights into purposeful recommendations for Product Owners.
• Advocating for important product features during planning and roadmap meetings.
• Performing competitor analysis and market research to strengthen product positioning.
• Engaging with key clients to promote features and collect feedback.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to uncover opportunities for scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in product marketing, enablement, or go-to-market strategy roles.
• Background in private banking and expertise as a subject matter expert in product marketing or enablement.
• Skilled in simplifying complex ideas into clear messaging tailored for small and medium business audiences and sales professionals.
• Proven experience partnering with sales teams to provide essential knowledge and tools.
• Demonstrated capability in enabling teams to position, promote, and successfully launch new features.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, adaptable to varied audiences.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and extract actionable insights.
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for driving innovation.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in commercial or sales positions, especially within fintech sectors.
• Previous ownership of a product, feature, or process with accountability for outcomes.
• A degree in finance or business disciplines.
• Familiarity with B2B startups or SaaS environments.
