Role Overview

As a Product Owner at Revolut, you will steer your product’s vision and execution from ideation through development, launch, and ongoing enhancement. You will collaborate deeply with engineering, design, data teams, and cross-functional stakeholders including Financial Crime, Legal, and Security teams. Acting as the primary point of contact for your product, you will align goals and success metrics with Revolut's mission and drive informed decisions to maximize impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage your team’s objectives, key performance indicators, and product roadmap aligned with the company’s strategic mission.
• Leverage data insights, market trends, and organizational strategy to prioritize initiatives for maximum value delivery.
• Own full lifecycle management for your products and features, ensuring seamless progression from concept to growth and maintenance phases.
• Engage in detailed technical discussions with engineering teams regarding implementation approaches and requirements.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders across multiple departments such as Financial Crime, Legal, and Security to ensure compliance and integrity.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 2 years experience in high-growth technology firms or banking/finance sectors including payments, acquiring, cryptocurrency, or insurance domains.
• At least 2 years’ experience managing technical products such as platforms, distributed systems, machine learning, data science, or robotics.
• One year or more experience leading teams, including Product Owners with direct oversight of Engineering, Operations, and Design personnel.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, suited for diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical aptitude and business judgment to make ROI-driven prioritization decisions.
• Proven ability to craft and communicate a focused product vision to stakeholders including leadership, customers, and partners.
• Proactive and hands-on approach to initiating and executing projects independently.
• Prior experience in launching products from the ground up.
• Capability to deliver measurable outcomes for complex products within ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
