About the Role

An organised and result-oriented Operations Executive is sought to manage daily operational workflows and assist in process enhancement efforts. This position involves overseeing task coordination, generating reports, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring adherence to company policies in a fully remote setup based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate routine operational activities and business procedures.
Supervise workflow processes to guarantee efficiency and timely completion of tasks.
Create operational reports and maintain precise documentation.
Work closely with various internal teams to achieve organizational goals.
Support projects aimed at process improvements and assist in their coordination.
Ensure compliance with internal protocols and company rules.

Qualifications and Skills

Possession of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related disciplines.
Previous experience in operational roles, administrative duties, or project coordination is preferred.
Strong organisational, communication, and analytical capabilities.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace tools.
Ability to work autonomously in a remote work environment.
Legal eligibility to work in Singapore is mandatory.
