Role Overview

The Operations Executive position is crucial to maintaining the efficiency and smooth functioning of car rental operations. This role involves managing vehicle dispatch, enhancing customer service, and optimizing operational workflows to ensure excellent service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling and allocation of vehicles for upcoming operations.
• Continuously monitor vehicle status, including availability, location, and condition.
• Assign vehicles to customers based on bookings and specific needs.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and supplied with all necessary amenities.
• Oversee vehicle tracking and GPS technology usage.
• Resolve customer complaints and feedback promptly.
• Handle VIP and VVIP bookings with dedicated attention and service.
• Address customer inquiries and issues professionally to promote a positive experience at vehicle pick-up and drop-off points.
• Manage and resolve escalated customer service concerns effectively.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational processes.
• Generate routine reports and monitor key performance indicators to assess and improve operational efficiency.
