Role Overview

As an Operations Executive at Savaari Car Rentals Private Limited, you will be instrumental in managing and streamlining the daily operations of our car rental services to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise vehicle allocation and prepare plans for the upcoming day’s services.
• Regularly check vehicle availability, physical condition, and location status.
• Assign vehicles to customers according to their bookings and specific needs.
• Ensure all vehicles are clean, maintained, and supplied with necessary amenities.
• Manage and monitor vehicle tracking systems including GPS functionality.
• Handle customer service including addressing complaints and feedback efficiently.
• Manage VIP and VVIP customer bookings with special care.
• Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless operational flow.
• Generate regular performance reports and analyze key operational metrics to drive improvements.
