Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled OpenText VIM AMS Consultant to provide Level 2 and Level 3 application management support. This role involves ensuring prompt resolution of client issues, collaborating internally to handle complex challenges related to service level agreements, and developing functional enhancements to optimize system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 support for the OpenText Vendor Invoice Management Application Management System (VIM AMS), ensuring customer issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to diagnose and solve complex technical problems associated with SLAs.
- Design and implement functional improvements in OpenText VIM AMS utilizing AMS tools.
- Debug and troubleshoot code errors within the system to minimize downtime and maintain high performance.
- Engage with customers to gather requirements and tailor solutions that meet their business needs.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 4 to 8 years of experience within the IT services and consulting sector, specifically with OpenText VIM AMS.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably B.Tech or B.E.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of functional and enhancement support aspects, OpenText VIM AMS functionality, and SLA management concepts.
