Role Overview
This position is for an Online Bidder / Lead Generator / BDE with at least 1 year of experience. The role follows a night-shift schedule and is intended for work from home, aligned with US business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Search for and evaluate suitable projects on Upwork and Freelancer.com.
- Study client needs and pass promising opportunities to the business development team.
- Build and manage a healthy prospect pipeline and ensure follow-up happens on time.
- Record project opportunities and keep CRM or internal tracking systems updated.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation goals.
- Monitor market movement and stay informed about new project postings.
Desired Profile
- 1 to 3 years of experience in IT lead generation or business development.
- Practical experience using Upwork and Freelancer.com to source leads.
- Good understanding of IT service offerings, including web development, mobile app development, AI, SaaS, and custom software.
- Strong research ability and analytical thinking.
- Clear written English communication skills.
- Prior exposure to CRM tools will be considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and similar lead generation platforms is beneficial but not required.
- A self-driven, detail-focused, and target-oriented approach.
- Comfort with working night shifts during US business hours.
