Job description

Role Overview

Join Woolworths Group as a Nightfill Manager based in South Maclean, Queensland. This position involves leading your team during the night shift to ensure product availability and efficiency, while supporting sustainable practices through recycling initiatives. As an integral part of the store management, you will help deliver an excellent customer shopping experience by developing a cohesive and high-performing team.

Work Schedule

  • Option 1: Tuesdays to Saturdays, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
  • Option 2: Sundays to Thursdays, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and guide your team to achieve carton rate targets and maintain product availability.
  • Promote and embody customer service excellence through Everyday ACTs (Acknowledge, Care & Thank).
  • Ensure safety procedures are rigorously followed for both team members and customers.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and store leadership to deliver a superior shopping environment.
  • Support and motivate the department team daily, fostering a connected and flexible workplace.
