Role Overview
As a Night Team Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer experience by managing product presentation and ensuring strict adherence to visual standards. Your technical abilities will be valued through ongoing training and challenges within a dynamic work environment that promotes teamwork and career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Construct and dismantle in-store displays in response to seasonal changes, stock updates, and new merchandise arrivals.
- Maintain compliance with company planograms and visual merchandising standards on all displays.
- Ensure that inventory above bays is shelved properly, price tags are accurately placed, and products are positioned forwardly when needed.
- Provide courteous and professional customer greetings, and direct customers requiring expert advice to appropriate store team members.
- Maintain aisles' cleanliness and accessibility to facilitate an effortless shopping experience.
- Perform other relevant tasks to ensure store operations run efficiently.
Requirements
- Familiarity with basic hand tools, drills, and saws is preferred.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Capability to move heavy items safely using suitable equipment.
- Forklift driving experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using web-based computer applications to accomplish job duties.
- Basic arithmetic skills, including addition and subtraction.
- Availability to work from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday to Friday.
