Job description
Role Overview
The Associate Process Engineer will provide dedicated support to engineering activities and daily production operations, ensuring reliable and efficient workflow, particularly within Semiconductor and LCD manufacturing contexts.
Key Duties
- Assist Process Engineers with setting up and qualifying process recipes for production use.
- Monitor processes continuously and seek areas for improvement.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to manufacturing processes.
- Manage processes involving lots on hold and their disposition.
- Collect and analyze engineering data to support operational decisions.
- Carry out additional tasks as needed to support team objectives.
Production Support
- Ensure machines maintain process integrity throughout production.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization standards within production areas.
- Collaborate closely with line operators and supervisors to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and achievement of module goals.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Microelectronics Engineering.
- At least five years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing environments.
- Minimum one year experience with lithography processes.
- Willingness and ability to work a rotating shift schedule including day and night shifts with flexibility across various shift patterns.
