Overview
At Touch Health, support professionals collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, and IT specialists to create and implement innovative solutions that positively impact our clients' lives. Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level system support as the initial point of contact.
- Log, triage, categorize, and track support tickets.
- Serve as the main contact with clients for demand intake.
- Monitor ticket queues to ensure SLA compliance.
- Resolve low-complexity issues and escalate to higher support levels when necessary.
- Assist in automating simple operational routines.
Qualifications
- Completed or ongoing higher education in Information Technology.
- Resident of São Paulo city or metropolitan area.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical English proficiency for reading documentation.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
- Basic programming knowledge for routine automation.
Desired Skills
- Understanding of Linux systems.
- Experience with SQL.
- Familiarity with ticket management tools.
