Microsoft Channel Incentives Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a Microsoft Channel Incentives Specialist to join our national team at Data#3. This role focuses on optimizing Microsoft funding opportunities, channel incentives, and program performance within the company. You will be part of an experienced and collaborative team, working in a supportive hybrid environment that includes two days onsite and three days remote every week. Ongoing training and development are key aspects of this role.

• Specialize in Microsoft licensing, funding, reporting, and business enablement.
• Help maximize partner program benefits and funding utilization.
• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and drive positive customer outcomes.

Candidate Profile

• Prior exposure to Microsoft licensing or partner programs is highly advantageous.
• Experience in customer support or sales support roles, demonstrating ability to build and sustain effective stakeholder relationships.
• Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency with Excel and reporting tools for data interpretation.
• Excellent communication skills to confidently engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and able to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• A proactive mindset with curiosity and a solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
