Role Overview
Pizza Boli's is looking for a seasoned, metrics-oriented, and highly organized Marketing Operations Manager to own marketing execution, performance tracking, automation, vendor coordination, and day-to-day operational excellence for a fast-growing restaurant brand with multiple locations.
The right person will be a strong operator who can coordinate people, systems, technology, and results while making sure marketing programs run smoothly and deliver clear business impact.
Core Responsibilities
- Own the full cycle of marketing operations, including project coordination and campaign delivery.
- Coordinate work across internal staff, agencies, contractors, and outside marketing partners.
- Build strong collaboration between Marketing, IT, Operations, Sales, and executive leaders.
- Set up, refine, and maintain efficient workflows, standard operating procedures, and internal processes.
- Track budgets, schedules, deliverables, and vendor performance to keep work on target.
- Measure and improve key marketing metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, conversion rate, LTV, and attribution.
- Administer the marketing technology environment, including CRM tools, automation platforms, and API-based integrations.
- Protect data quality, ensure reporting is accurate, and keep information moving properly between systems.
- Create dashboards and reporting structures that help leadership make informed decisions.
- Drive marketing automation efforts and other initiatives that improve operational efficiency.
- Assess new technologies, AI tools, and growth opportunities that can strengthen marketing results.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing project management, growth operations, or a similar function.
- Proven success leading teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Solid background in marketing technology, analytics, and operational management.
- Practical experience with API integrations, CRM platforms, and marketing automation systems.
- Advanced working knowledge of GA4, GTM, and Google Ads.
- Strong capability in analysis, reporting, Excel, and interpreting data.
- Prior experience working remotely during US business hours.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Comfort handling several priorities at once in a fast-moving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- AI certifications from recognized providers such as Google, Microsoft, OpenAI, AWS, Meta, HubSpot, or an equivalent source.
- Hands-on experience deploying AI solutions in marketing operations.
- Experience using AI for automation, audience segmentation, personalization, reporting, and campaign tuning.
- Familiarity with AI search, GEO, AEO, and current SEO best practices.
- Experience embedding AI tools into marketing workflows and business processes.
