Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to join our expanding marketing team and play a critical role in scaling our marketing initiatives. This position involves ownership of content marketing, social media, events, communications, and daily marketing operations, working closely with leadership to drive impactful growth strategies across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution of content marketing efforts, including blogs, newsletters, and thought leadership.
• Manage social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok, ensuring high-quality and engaging content.
• Collaborate with the creative director to develop marketing assets including flyers, graphics, and video scripts.
• Gather and produce testimonials and stories from dental professionals and offices to enhance credibility.
• Oversee communications channels like email, SMS, and newsletters for dental offices and professionals.
• Handle direct mail campaigns and print production logistics, including flyers, signage, and event materials.
• Plan and execute tradeshows, company events, webinars, and other marketing-related functions.
• Coordinate partner joint-marketing campaigns with key collaborators such as TeamSmile, HR for Health, and others.
• Manage the marketing calendar, internal requests, project workflows, and vendor relations.
• Collaborate on growth marketing initiatives and new channel exploration with senior leadership.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 2-3 years of marketing experience with hands-on ownership of content and social media management.
• Demonstrated portfolio of written content and management of social media accounts personally handled.
• Strong proficiency in short-form video and organic social media marketing across LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok.
• Experience executing email and SMS marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with marketing and project management tools such as HubSpot, Asana, Canva, and CapCut, or an ability to quickly learn new software.
• Experience with live events or tradeshow planning is advantageous.
• Background in the dental industry is highly preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Minneapolis three days per week and travel as needed for events.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range is $70,000 to $90,000, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plans, paid time off, and flexible remote work options.
