About the Role

The team is seeking an Associate with around 1 to 2 years of experience to help deliver work across several live mandates in software, digital infrastructure, and tech-enabled services.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the full lifecycle of M&A deals, with a primary focus on sell-side mandates.
  • Develop, maintain, and take ownership of financial models such as DCF, LBO, and comparable company analyses.
  • Draft investment memoranda, teasers, and other materials used in client and investor outreach.
  • Manage and coordinate due diligence activities with both internal teams and external counterparties.
  • Communicate with prospective buyers, investors, and senior stakeholders on client teams.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in investment banking, specifically M&A.
  • Solid hands-on involvement in transaction execution, ideally with sell-side exposure.
  • Strong capability in financial modelling and valuation work.
  • Experience working on transactions in the €50 million to €500 million+ range.
  • Prior exposure to technology, software, digital infrastructure, or tech-enabled businesses is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional European languages would be beneficial.
