Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Indian Cook to join our culinary team at Fossettea Gourmet Catering LLP. This role involves preparation and cooking tasks focused on authentic Indian cuisine within a dynamic kitchen environment in Delhi-NCR.
Primary Duties
- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, marinating, and readying components necessary for Indian gravies, curries, rice dishes, and appetizers.
- Support the Station Chef or Sous Chef by assisting in cooking traditional Indian dishes accurately according to specified recipes and portion guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and adequate supply levels at your cooking station throughout service periods.
Compensation
The monthly remuneration for this position is between 20,000 and 25,000 INR.
