Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Carry out door-to-door or location-based surveys to collect data on health card possession and facilitate the issuance of new health cards to eligible individuals.
- Communicate clearly the survey's objectives to participants, addressing their questions and concerns professionally.
- Precisely document participant responses using paper forms or digital data collection methods.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum education qualification: Higher Secondary pass; graduates and above are also eligible.
Additional Details
- Salary ranges from 12,500 to 13,500 INR per month, with additional incentives offered.
- The job requires an 8-hour workday with Sundays off.
