Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance tasks throughout the site.
• Perform basic joinery, patching, snagging, and finishing work.
• Adjust doors, ironmongery, and other fixtures as needed.
• Ensure quality repairs and finishings following other trades.
• Install and fix minor fixtures and fittings.
• Maintain site cleanliness and safety standards in work areas.
• Support site management with various practical duties.
• Identify and rectify minor defects promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating as a Maintenance Person, Multi-Skilled Operative, or Maintenance Operative.
• Hold a valid CSCS Card.
• Possess own hand tools and personal protective equipment.
