Growth Manager - Retention

Role Summary

We are seeking a Growth Manager focused on Retention to enhance sustained user engagement, oversee membership renewals, and foster referral-based growth for Yoga Circle. This position centers on constructing scalable retention infrastructures aimed at bolstering user activity, embedding habitual engagement, and maximizing subscriber lifetime value.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage and expand the referral system to boost user acquisition via current members by designing attractive referral pathways, incentives, and engagement mechanisms.
• Enhance membership renewal strategies, tailor engagement and retention programs to increase subscriber consistency and reduce churn through targeted interventions and communication flows.
• Analyze cohort data to identify user behavior trends and retention rates, addressing barriers to engagement and improving habit formation and repeat participation.
• Develop, execute, and refine growth experiments such as A/B tests across referral, retention, and engagement funnels using data-driven insights to optimize user journeys and monetization.
• Collaborate extensively with Product, CRM, Growth, and Communication teams to elevate referral experiences, retention rates, and overall revenue performance.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 8 years of professional experience in growth, retention, lifecycle marketing, CRM, or consumer internet sectors.
• Expertise in analytical assessment particularly focusing on retention and engagement metrics.
• Proficient with cohort analysis, lifecycle optimization, and interpreting user behavioral data.
• Demonstrable experience in running A/B tests and growth experiments.
• Strong familiarity with CRM platforms and retention frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving ability, data interpretation, and cross-team collaboration skills.
