Reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer, this position involves hands-on design duties ranging from developing polishing graphic work to supporting complex campaigns and brand experiences. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including Art Directors, Strategists, and Production is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design visually compelling systems for experiential campaigns, including mobile tours, pop-ups, installations, hospitality setups, and both temporary and permanent event environments.
  • Create large-format materials such as signage, vehicle wraps, stage elements, environmental graphics, and wayfinding systems.
  • Develop artwork that translates accurately into fabrication, construction, and print while preserving creative standards.
  • Execute visual identities and graphic systems across various platforms, adapting brand guidelines for immersive experiential applications.
  • Produce mockups, visualization boards, branded toolkits, and design explorations to effectively communicate and pitch creative concepts.
  • Create design assets for digital and interactive media including kiosks, touchscreens, microsites, and social media visuals.
  • Generate front-end visuals to support experiential technologies and digital components within event settings.
  • Build persuasive pitch materials such as concept boards, mood boards, and case studies that convey ideas clearly.
  • Visualize abstract ideas through diagrams, infographics, and intuitive design strategies.
  • Contribute to new business development and internal brainstorming through rapid ideation and visual exploration.
  • Manage numerous design projects simultaneously from briefing through final delivery with strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Work closely with Creative, Strategy, Production, and Account teams to maintain cross-stage project alignment.
  • Prepare clean, organized, and production-ready files with precise vendor handoffs.
  • Promote a collaborative, solution-focused, and professional creative work environment emphasizing craftsmanship and curiosity.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related discipline; a BFA is preferred.
  • Between 1 to 3 years of graphic design experience, ideally within an agency setting.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • A portfolio showcasing diverse work encompassing experiential/environmental design, large-format assets, and presentation design.
  • Experience with preparing designs for print, fabrication, and vendor production processes.
  • Strong command over layout, typography, and visual communication principles.
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines, managing multiple priorities independently.
  • Openness to feedback and collaborative work across various disciplines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills capable of professional client and team interaction.
  • Competent with general computing, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management capabilities to juggle concurrent projects.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site client activations when required.
  • A motivated learner with a proactive attitude eager to contribute innovation and ideas.
