Position Overview

Join Chariot as their inaugural Talent Acquisition Specialist, driving the growth by sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent. This integral role partners with leadership to manage the complete recruitment cycle, focusing on building a top-tier team that transforms charitable payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with leadership to identify hiring needs and refine recruitment strategies.
  • Lead end-to-end recruiting processes for a variety of roles, including specialized and leadership positions.
  • Ensure every candidate experiences a positive and seamless interaction with the company.
  • Represent the firm’s brand externally as the primary contact for prospective candidates.
  • Source and identify outstanding candidates through various channels including calls, resume screening, networking, events, and creative outreach.
  • Develop and maintain pipelines for prospective hires and manage recruitment metrics to meet hiring targets.

Candidate Profile

  • Highly organized and detail-focused, capable of handling multiple positions and complex scheduling.
  • Self-driven with strong ownership and data-informed decision-making abilities.
  • Resourceful in sourcing talent beyond traditional platforms, utilizing inventive methods.
  • Excellent communicator who quickly builds rapport and partners strategically with founders and candidates.
  • Preferred experience includes full-cycle recruiting in high-growth startup environments with a proven track record of filling critical roles.
