Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic and experienced leader dedicated to hospitality excellence to join Dalata Hotel Group as a Duty Manager. This role offers the chance to influence team culture and contribute to the strategic growth of the hotel, overseeing operations to deliver exceptional guest service, fostering a positive work environment, and driving business success.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate with various hotel stakeholders, playing an integral role in managing hotel operations.
- Supervise day-to-day hotel activities, warmly welcome guests, and motivate the team to provide outstanding hospitality experiences.
- Utilize comprehensive operational knowledge, supporting multiple departments as necessary.
- Assist in interviewing and recruiting new team members alongside other managers.
- Train and mentor newcomers to ensure they integrate confidently into their positions.
- Address issues proactively with effective problem-solving and manage conflicts or complaints tactfully.

- Strong commitment to maintaining high standards, especially in food and beverage service.
- Keen ambition to enhance and progress within the hotel industry.
- Experience in leading and motivating teams.
- Demonstrated ability to nurture and develop employee talent.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to contribute to hotel-wide strategic planning.
