Duty Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic and experienced leader dedicated to hospitality excellence to join Dalata Hotel Group as a Duty Manager. This role offers the chance to influence team culture and contribute to the strategic growth of the hotel, overseeing operations to deliver exceptional guest service, fostering a positive work environment, and driving business success.

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate with various hotel stakeholders, playing an integral role in managing hotel operations.
• Supervise day-to-day hotel activities, warmly welcome guests, and motivate the team to provide outstanding hospitality experiences.
• Utilize comprehensive operational knowledge, supporting multiple departments as necessary.
• Assist in interviewing and recruiting new team members alongside other managers.
• Train and mentor newcomers to ensure they integrate confidently into their positions.
• Address issues proactively with effective problem-solving and manage conflicts or complaints tactfully.
