Position Overview
The Everyday Coffee Company, a proud franchise partner of Dunkin', is rapidly expanding by launching multiple new Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) locations nationwide, specifically within major retailers throughout the U.S. over the coming five years. We seek a proactive and experienced District Manager to oversee multiple QSR stores. This leadership role plays a pivotal part in opening new locations, ensuring operational excellence, fostering strong team dynamics, and driving solid financial outcomes across all assigned stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and coach Store Managers and their staff members.
- Promote a culture emphasizing accountability, mutual respect, constructive feedback, and outstanding performance.
- Develop and implement talent development strategies including succession planning.
- Ensure all locations comply with brand standards, construction timelines, health and safety regulations, and permit requirements.
- Act as an intermediary among the Brand, Construction teams, Retailers, and Everyday Coffee Company to promote ongoing process improvements.
- Track and improve customer satisfaction metrics through proactive measures.
- Perform routine store visits and conduct audits to maintain operational consistency.
- Oversee labor and food costs ensuring alignment with budgetary goals.
- Stimulate sales growth by driving local marketing and promotional efforts.
- Supervise cash handling and banking procedures across every location under management.
- Carry out new product launches and promotional campaign rollouts effectively.
- Interpret performance data and devise corrective plans to close operational gaps.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support broader business objectives.
Qualifications
- A minimum of five years’ experience managing multiple restaurant units in QSR, Grocery Retail sectors; prior Dunkin' experience or large geographic/remote support preferred.
- Demonstrated success in meeting operational and financial performance targets.
- Strong capabilities in leadership, communication, mentoring, and problem-solving.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel routinely between locations.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes up to 70% including day trips and overnight stays.

Applicants are joining as employees of an independent franchisee operating Dunkin' Donuts locations, not of Dunkin' Brands, Inc. or any affiliates. The franchisee acts as the exclusive employer, independently managing wage and benefits programs that may vary.
Compensation & Benefits
The role is a full-time position offering an annual salary between $60,000 and $80,000, complemented by a potential 20% bonus. The benefits package includes 401(k), dental, health, life, and vision insurance, plus paid time off.
