Job description
Position Overview
The Digital Skills Instructor role involves designing and delivering interactive technology-focused lessons tailored for young learners aged 6 to 18. The individual will play an active part in shaping curriculum content, engaging students, administering programs, and contributing to the ongoing development and expansion of the organization.
Key Duties
- Conduct captivating digital skills instruction sessions for children and adolescents.
- Lead introductory activities covering coding, digital literacy, robotics, and awareness of artificial intelligence.
- Create detailed lesson plans and prepare educational resources.
- Participate in holiday workshops, weekend academies, and community school outreach initiatives.
- Promote learner creativity, teamwork, and analytical problem-solving talents.
- Track student development and deliver insightful, constructive assessments.
- Support development of novel instructional content and engaging activities.
- Maintain teaching tools, equipment, and classroom environments.
- Act as a professional representative for the organization during events and collaborations.
Preferred Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems is highly desired. Applicants who are current final-year students anticipating graduation soon or recent graduates within two years are encouraged to apply.

- Exposure to educational technologies like LEGO Education kits, Arduino, or micro:bit.
- Background in digital design or creative media production.
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence tools.
- Involvement in community volunteerism or youth-related programs.
Previous formal teaching credentials are not essential for this role.
