Key Duties
- Engage in in-depth discussions with couples to capture their wedding vision, estimated guest numbers, budget constraints, and preferred destinations.
- Propose appropriate upscale venues that match the clients’ needs and availability.
- Arrange and manage site visits at partner resorts and venues effectively.
- Support clients by comparing options and aiding their venue selection process.
- Ensure persistent follow-ups aimed at securing venue agreements.
- Maintain accurate and daily updates within CRM and related systems.
- Foster and sustain robust relationships with venue partners.
- Keep informed about latest trends and new venue options within destination weddings.
