Role Overview

The Data Analyst at Mable plays a critical role beyond basic data crunching, collaborating across teams to uncover actionable insights, tackle challenges, and influence user-centric service improvements. This role requires curiosity, collaboration, and strong data proficiency to create dashboards, analyze business issues, and contribute to informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain clear, dependable dashboards using SQL and Tableau to monitor key metrics.
• Investigate data to provide teams with clear understanding of trends and root causes.
• Collaborate with product managers, operations, and other stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and guide choices.
• Apply structured analysis and compelling storytelling to resolve practical challenges.
• Create new reports and enhance existing ones to empower operations teams in self-service data analytics.
• Stay engaged with product and business changes, evaluating their data-related impacts.
• Comply with company privacy and security standards when conducting analyses.
• Support a collaborative culture by exchanging feedback and learning from peers.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, delivering insights that inform business strategies.
• Proficient in SQL, capable of data transformation and extraction to fulfill analytical requirements.
• Experienced with Tableau or equivalent data visualization platforms, able to produce effective dashboards.
• Able to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical audiences, both verbally and through presentations.
• Demonstrates strength in solving complex, ambiguous problems.
• Enjoys working cross-functionally and influencing teams without formal authority.

Additional Advantages

• Familiarity with Python programming, especially PySpark, and experience using Databricks.
• Involvement in machine learning projects or partnerships with data scientists.
• Knowledge of Git or version control practices within data workflows.
